Entitled “Committed to Excellence”, the event was held to improve communication, coordination, cooperation, commitment, confidence in carrying out roles and responsibilities entrusted to each participant.

In line with the theme of the event, a series of inspiring and encouraging activities, from motivational speeches, contemplation sessions, to team building activities, were professionally arranged to revive and rejuvenate participants, motivate and help them recognise their potentials, and keep their spirits up to work united as an effective and efficient team.

“This kind of event is very important for us to strengthen the bond with each other and deepen sense of belonging,” said CEO Andreas Santoso after giving one of the best employees Best Achievement Award for her outstanding effort in 2014.
