On the rooftop of the main building located at Rukan Meruya No.41-43A, Jakarta, hundreds of participants comprising CEO, Board of Directors, General Managers, Managers, Supervisors, and staff from six divisions participated from the formally serious to informally cheerful event.
Highlighting the event, which was also attended by Ted Egan, ThreatMetrix Vice President for Asia Pacific & Japan, all partcipants sang the Indonesian national anthem and PT Murni??s corporate hymne.
Delivering the opening speech, CEO Andreas Santoso invited all the employees to recall the spirit that has been driving the company to all the outstanding achievements that have been made for these last 23 years ?? the spirit to be Committed to Excellence.
As he repeatedly mentions on every possible occasion, everybody needs to improve Communication, Commitment, Coordination, Cooperation and Confidence to be excellent in every single aspect, either as a company providing products, solutions, and services for customers or as individuals.
To keep the spirit alive, all participants were involved in a series of fun team-building activities. Some activities – badminton, dubsmash, and photo competitions- were held few weeks prior to the event. Some others were brought on stage on D-Day.
While all winners of the competitions received prizes from CEO, Board of Directors, and Management, everyone had nasi tumpeng, a traditional Indonesian cone-shaped rice used as the symbol of gratitude, and shared the joy in laughters.
